Cancelations
Cancelations must be made with 24-hour notice during business hours. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
Cancelations are only accepted by phone call to (239) 276-6600 or by email to dogs@poshpawsfl.com. Any cancelation with less than a 24-hour notice will be responsible for 50% of the grooming cost. This includes rescheduling.

Tardiness
Each client is responsible for keeping their appointment time. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is considered a float, which allows us to provide the services desired, but cannot guarantee a timeframe. Any appointment more than 30 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling and cancelation fees.

No Shows
A cancelation on the day of the appointment or a missed appointment without cancelation is considered a “No Show.” These marks are recorded on a client’s account and may result in loss of scheduled appointments, upcharges, and even result in a ban from our services. After a total of 3 “No Shows” a client will be responsible for the whole cost of the groom before the ban is lifted. This will not be reduced to a cancelation fee. Marks against the account do reduce over time.

Posh Paws schedules staff according to the schedule made when booking clients. If a client should cancel or not show up to the groom, our groomer is left with an opening that could have been filled with adequate notice. Tardiness results in our schedule becoming tight, as we book for precise times, which can affect other clients’ experience. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for all.

All clients must provide up-to-date contact information and vaccine paperwork.
