Great experience! I had always had a groomer come to our house so I was a little scared to leave my little, 8-month old, 5 lbs. Maltese alone at a salon. I was really a "helicopter Mom" but Kimberly was very patient and great about answering all of my questions. My little guy Tucker was super happy when I picked him up. He didn't look the least bit stressed! The haircut was perfect, but way more important than that I could tell my baby was well cared for.

I had been doing my own grooming for my Tibetan Terrior and he needed a full professional grooming. A recommended groomer, Wendy, came out to talk with me. She was very knowledgeable about Tibetans. They do not make appointments with specific groomers as they say several people may work with your dog. They did the best grooming any place has ever done, I couldn't be more pleased. There was an up charge for some mats behind his ears but I was grateful they took care of them. He was well bathed and smelled good. They are not inexpensive but I got what I paid for. I'll be going back for grooming.

First time customer and we are beyond thrilled! The team took our very senior Wheaten Terrier, Lulu, from bedraggled to DAZZLING! The job they did was remarkable, absolutely the most careful and considerate groom she's ever had, leaving Lulu relaxed and happy! Superficially, we cannot believe the aesthetic they achieved. The gorgeous result combined with the professional and gentle care they provided - well I'd say I'm speechless but obviously I'm still writing - there are not enough compliments to express how thrilled we are!!

They took time to do a thorough job on my dog. This was his first time there and he was anxious and they gave him a break when needed to have him calm to do a nice cut. They did what I asked exactly. Prices seem in line with others in this part of Florida. I even requested stand dryer only on the advice of my prior groomer and they noted my account and were very good. Even my fiancé was impressed. I was able to get an appointment in days. Other places in Marco Island didn’t have appointments available for a month so it was worth driving to Naples, so my dog isn’t overheated

If you are looking for the best look for your pooch, this is the place to go! My Tibetan Terrier is not very patient when it comes to grooming, but this team is masterful in keeping her calm as well as making her look gorgeous! Highly recommend.

I was seriously amazed on how wonderful our pup looked when we picked her up. We had let her get a bit matted due to being swamped with life. Wendi gave us a great consultation and explained how she was going to do a nice repair and a regular visit to keep her looking and feeling good. She mentioned she might have to shave her down and we expected the pup to look silly. Our pup looked amazing and we are booked for regular visits to keep her happy and looking great. Posh was awarded best groomer in Naples because they certainly are.

I have been using Posh Paws for the past 9 months for my Golden Retriever puppy. The groomers there are exceptional and my dog enjoys the attention they bestow on her. She always looks very well-groomed. Today, due to the very heavy rain, the owner insisted that he carry my 65 lb dog to the car for me, so that she didn’t get wet after being freshly groomed and dirty the car. Such generous & courteous service rarely is found anymore. I was mightily impressed!

They are the most professional, thorough and caring establishment by far. Our dog was subject to a horrible grooming in another facility and Posh Paws was able to correct the numerous mistakes and made our golden doodle adorable again! Always a perfect groom. Both my girls love their monthly spa day. When your dog rushes in to see their groomer, Wendy it’s a love fest. Ruby jumps for hugs and kisses and Wendy bends down returning the love. It melts my heart. You can’t want for more for your dog - or from your groomer. Posh Paws is hands down, the best. Anywhere. 1st time customer. They were so gentle with our 14 yr old welsh terrier.She desperately needed a cut and her nails trimmed. They did a outstanding job! Best cut she ever received at a groomer. I usually trim our little Boston Terrier's nails. However, this time I was ready to have someone else do them. My office is in the same building as Posh Paws. I figured I would give theme a shot. I stopped by unannounced yesterday in the afternoon and met Matthew (the owner). I explained to him that I know it's really short notice but I would really love to get my dog's nails trimmed today. He said "sure, no problem, bring her in" A short time later I brought our Bella in. What a great experience. Very professional and caring and we were in out in 5 minutes. Her nails were perfect. Matthew was so kind and would not even accept any money from us because we are in the same building. This says a lot about his character. What a nice genuine person. I have 6 rescues. They are all short haired dogs/cats that do not need any grooming. However, If we ever need any grooming services in the very near future Posh Paws is exactly where we will going. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely the best grooming service ever. I wait almost two months to write down this review. I have a toy size Maltese boy, the style is very important to this breed. I used to show the same picture with the style that I want to a few salons but nobody did my dog the way I like, not even similar, Posh Paws is doing a perfect job, my dog is exactly how I want now!!!The first picture is right after the grooming and the second picture is a month and half later. I can barely see the difference, it really last long!Also when I pick up my dog before, he always looks scared and shaking, but at Posh Paws, he was running to me happily after the grooming! I bet he was being treated gentle with a lot of patience. I’m so glad that I found my favorite salon! Thank you so much Posh Paws! Will definitely come back and stick with you guys😁
