When you book an Appointment with Posh Paws, we Staff to our schedule. If you call an hour before your appointment or just don't show up, we have employee's sitting around with nothing to do. Please help us control our costs by cancelling no later than 24 hours before your appointment. We understand that emergencies arise out of our control and we can work with that. If you miss several appointments, you may be required to pre-pay for your service .
